My name is Gail Morris and I am a Special Education teacher for the primary grades. I have taught at Legend Springs for 5 years. I came to teach at Legends because my daughter attended here from 1st to 6th grade. It was great being close to her for all those years! Now she is in 8th grade at Hillcrest Middle School.
I am originally from the Chicago suburbs, but have lived in the Phoenix area for 26 years. I attended Illinois State University and received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I have since received my Special Education degree and Early Childhood endorsement. I am happy that I chose teaching for my career because I enjoy your children very much:)
I have been married for 15 years to a great guy named Terry and I have two children. My son Jay, age 27, lives in Long Beach, California with his wife of 2 years Kelli, and my daughter Emily is age 13. We like to spend our free time visiting my son and the beach, going up to our cabin in Munds Park, and vacationing in new places.
