I came to teach at Legends because my daughter attended here from 1st to 6th grade. It was great being close to her for all those years! Now&nbsp;she is in 8th grade at Hillcrest Middle School. </P> <P>I am originally from the Chicago suburbs, but have lived in the Phoenix area for 26 years. I attended Illinois State University and received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. I have since received my Special Education degree and Early Childhood endorsement.&nbsp;I am happy that I chose teaching for my career because&nbsp;I enjoy your children very much:)</P> <P>I have been married for 15 years to a great&nbsp;guy named Terry and I have two children. My son Jay, age 27, lives in Long Beach, California with his wife of 2 years Kelli,&nbsp; and my daughter Emily is&nbsp;age 13.
